Airport Arrivals – Stress-Free Pickups

We monitor your flight in real time. That means if your flight is delayed or arrives early, we adjust your pickup accordingly.

For airport collections, we include up to 45 minutes free waiting time after your flight has landed, allowing you time for immigration and baggage collection.

Your driver can meet you at arrivals (parking charges apply).

To ensure clarity and a smooth experience for all customers, please review the following:

Airport Drop-Off Charges

All UK airports apply mandatory drop-off charges set by the airport authorities. These charges are outside of our control and are passed on to the customer at cost.

Meet & Greet Service

A £10 Meet & Greet charge applies to all airport arrival pickups. Your driver will meet you inside the arrivals hall holding a name board. Due to airport security regulations, drivers are unable to collect passengers from roadside drop-off areas.

Flight Monitoring & Waiting Time

All flights are monitored for delays or early arrivals. For airport collections, we include up to 45 minutes free waiting time from the flight landing time.

If passengers are delayed beyond 45 minutes or beyond a pre-agreed meeting time, additional waiting charges may apply.

Car Parking Charges

Drivers enter the airport car park based on live flight tracking, usually around 30 minutes after landing or at the agreed pickup time. Any applicable parking fees will be added to the booking.

Cancellations

Cancellations made after the driver has been dispatched may incur a charge.

Additional Stops

Additional pickup or drop-off points must be agreed in advance and may be subject to an additional charge.

Payment

Airport bookings may require payment in advance. Corporate account facilities are available upon request.
